Hump Day Report: Sieg Heil, Barack Obama!

ALOHA, ALL!!!  If there was any doubt that Barack Obama wanted to be a tyrannical despot, it was completely erased this week.  Obama had the nerve to chastise the Supreme Court while they deliberate the fate of Obamacare.  Not only was this an over-reaching and inappropriate move by Obama, it gave insight into what 4 more years of his reign would entail.  More intimidation of those who dare to challenge him.  More blatant disregard of the Constitution.  More lies and Chicago thug tactics.  Had enough yet?

Obama: I sure hope the Supreme Court doesn’t do something unprecedented by striking down ObamaCare « Hot Air  “This is just Obama laying the narrative groundwork for the benefit of all the non-lawyers watching at home who don’t know enough to fact check him. He wants to plant the idea that striking down the mandate would be the most unique, extraordinary, sensational, unbelievable, unprecedented decision in Supreme Court history evah so that, if it does happen, people will regard it as illegitimate and that’ll hopefully rally them to turn out in the fall.”

Smackdown!  One judge calls Obama’s bluff:  Appeals court fires back at Obama’s comments on health care case – Crossroads – CBS News  “In the escalating battle between the administration and the judiciary, a federal appeals court apparently is calling the president’s bluff — ordering the Justice Department to answer by Thursday whether the Obama Administration believes that the courts have the right to strike down a federal law, according to a lawyer who was in the courtroom.”

More examples of Obama’s tyrannical rule:  Red Tape Rising: Obama-Era Regulations  “During the three years of the Obama Administration, a total of 106 new major regulations[3] have been imposed at a cost of more than $46 billion annually, and nearly $11 billion in one-time implementation costs. This amount is about five times the cost imposed by the prior Administration of George W. Bush.”  And Obama has the gall to criticize the Supreme Court as unelected officials making decisions?

Either Obama is blatantly disrespecting the law or he has no idea how the separation of powers is intended to work.  A brilliant Constitutional law professor?  I think not.

His main goal at this point is get re-elected. He doesn’t want to do anything too drastic that would hurt his chances of re-election.”
