Hump Day Report: Obamacare Judgment Day

Seriously? We'll see who has the power in November.

ALOHA, ALL!  It’s finally here – Obamacare gets its day(s) in court.  Here are a few links that will help sort out all the legalese.  Interesting how something that was already confusing and pedantic can become even more so.

The Obamacare Hydra | FrontPage Magazine  “The Hydra was a mythical swamp beast whose multiple heads grew back after being severed. Obamacare is a real Washington monster whose countless hidden bureaucracies keep sprouting forth even after they’re rooted out.”  Michelle Malkin hits it out of the park again with this one!

What to Expect During the Supreme Court Hearings for Obamacare  “Six hours of oral argument will be conducted in four sessions, spread over three days. That’s what the Supreme Court has allocated for the cases challenging the constitutionality of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (aka Obamacare).”  This gives a day-by-day account of what to expect.

In Pictures: The Impact of Obamacare  “The Heritage Foundation’s re-launched version of “Obamacare in Pictures: Visualizing the Effects of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act” shows through new charts and graphs Obamacare’s far-reaching negative effects on Americans.”  This is a great resource!  Shows that the so-called “Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act” is anything but.

Short and to the point (OK…the guy needs a stylist but you can’t arg

The GOP has no healthcare plan?  Right.  Republicans Have A Radical Plan To Reform Health Care, But They Are Afraid To Talk About It –  “What makes this Republican approach so radical is that it would replace all government tax and spending subsidies for the purchase of private health insurance with a fixed-sum tax credit — essentially giving every American the same number of dollars to apply to their health insurance, regardless of where they obtain it.”  Gee, that could NEVER work now could it?!

Final Thought:  “This is a big f—ing deal.”  Classy Joe Biden after the passage of Obamacare in May, 2010

And NEVER forget Ms. First Class herself, Nancy Nitwit!
