Hump Day Report: Are You Ready for a Mediocre Military?

Barry thinks we don't need so many of these guys

ALOHA, ALL!!  Did you ever think the day would come when we’d have a second-rate military?  Looks like that  time is here.  0bama plans to cut “tens of thousands” of ground troops in the near future in favor of more air and sea power (hmmm…isn’t he trying to make the Navy buy expensive biofuels to power their ships?  Oops!  We’re not supposed to connect those dots.)  At any rate, I know I’m just an ordinary peon citizen, but isn’t the primary duty of our government to protect its citizens?  Shouldn’t we have superiority is ALL areas of combat?   A couple of links:

Obama’s New Defense Strategy: Less of the Same

Oh yeah….then there’s this little gem:  Obama to share US missile defense secrets with Russia – Common American Journal (Shaka to Garry for the story) With Barry/Barack’s so-called “recess” appointments and dangerous military decisions, he’s thumbing his nose at the Constitution.   #WeCantWait

SO HOW’S THAT “HOPE & CHANGE” WORKING OUT FOR ‘YA?  I’ve been saying for months that all the GOP needs to do to defeat Barry in November os keep playing ads with his own words…keep showing how he has lied and failed miserably.  Looks like that’s exactly what they’re going to do:

Speaking of failure. Thanks, Obama! U.S. Closes 2011 With Record $15.22 Trillion In Debt « The Stuttering Messiah  “According to the US Treasury, America has closed the books on 2011 with debt at an all time record $15,222,940,045,451.09.  In fact, U.S. debt to GDP is now officially over 100%, or 100.3% to be specific, a fact which the U.S. government decided to delay exposing until the very end of the calendar year.”

Check out what another 4 years of Barry would do to the deficit:

Here’s the full story from The Heritage Foundation:   Chart: U.S. Presidents Ranked by Budget Deficits

Don’t know much about Rick Santorum?  Here’s a good overview:  Santorum Advocates Two-Tier Tax System   “The former U.S. senator from Pennsylvania, until now, has been portrayed by the mainstream media as a social conservative. Largely ignored has been Santorum’s sweeping income-tax reform proposal and his plan to trim $5 trillion from the federal budget over the next five years.”

This is just plain wrong.  But wanna bet he gets elected again?  » Marion Barry Runs for Office Yet Again. Fresh Ink  “Barry is full of spice and vinegar, still putting the blame on others for his “issues” and “challenges” which seem to multiply rather than disperse with time. Whether stalking a girlfriend or making outrageous statements or using government resources for questionable activities, Barry seems to continue to be a scandal magnet.”

Carter tried the same thing with our intelligence assets that Obama is wanting to do with our military. It led to disaster.
We can cut some waste out of our military, but we can also cut waste out of EVERY government program. Think of the money congress could pork barrel if every department watched for and stopped fraud, waste and abuse of our money!

Agree, Buck! Also, think of all the duplication in so many governmental departments and agencies. There is so much waste – they should start cutting there and keep the military strong.
