Hump Day Report: Ron Paul, Once and For All

ALOHA, ALL!!  So you like Ron Paul?  You think he’s a patriot and a conservative?  Hmmmm….Paulists like to call non-believers “neocons”  (for “neo-conservatives”) where in reality, they and Ron Paul are “neoliberals.”  Sorry, but the guy is unfit to be President.  It’s actually frightening that he has such avid, rabid fans who hang on his every word.  This is not good in ANY politician (frankly, it’s the one and only thing that made me uncomfortable about Sarah Palin’s campaign….and of course, there are the Obots who are in a whole other league.)  It’s hero worship without the hero. Especially with Paul & 0bama, it’s “Cult of Personality” creepiness.  Some polls have Paul now in the lead in Iowa and other places.  So this issue of the HDR is devoted to Ron Paul.  He needs to go away.  (BTW, I’ll likely get an onslaught of Paulist neoliberals writing long diatribes about how stupid I am.  Save your time – I won’t post them.)

Ron Paul is getting testy. He’s now under more scrutiny since some polls put him in contention for the GOP nomination.  In fact, he walked off the set of a CNN interview when pressed about the newsletters.  He said “I never read that stuff” and claims he only found out about the controversial comments in the newsletters 10 years after they came out (in one of them he claims Israel was responsible for the first World Trade Center bombing.)  Check this out:        Ron Paul Storms Off Set After CNN Keeps Asking Newsletter Questions | Gloria Borger | Video | TheBlaze.com

Yep…he said this:  “Given the inefficiencies of what DC laughingly calls the criminal justice system, I think we can safely assume that 95 percent of the black males in that city are semi-criminal or entirely criminal.”  Paul in 1995: Say, have you read my newsletters? « Hot Air

He says he never paid attention to the newsletters written under his name and the incendiary comments within, but he sure seemed familiar with all of it in 1995.  Is he lying now or did he just somehow forget all of this?

So instead of re-inventing the wheel by writing my own treatise on Ron Paul, here’s an article that I could have written about him:  BARBER: Ron Paul’s presidential dance: Cute, but unstable – Washington Times  “Putting aside for a moment Mr. Paul’s leftist policies on a variety of social issues, ranging from his unwavering support for newfangled “gay rights” – to include open homosexuality in the military – to advocacy for across-the-board legalization of illicit drugs, he demonstrated that he has a dangerous, fundamental misunderstanding of the threat posed to every American citizen by radical Islam. This alone disqualifies him for serious consideration as our future commander in chief.”

Here’s Dick Morris about how Ron Paul is the most liberal person ever to run for President in modern times:

I posted this last week:  Ron Paul Says Accused Traitor is a Patriot  Watch this entire video of Paul:

Why Ron Paul thinks jihadists want to kill us.  This is from the September 12, 2011 debate – the day after the tenth anniversary of 9/11.  Gotta love Gingrich’s body language:

How Ron Paul as a Third Party candidate would ensure Obama’s re-election:  RON PAUL AS A THIRD PARTY? DICK MORRIS TV: LUNCH ALERT!   Be sure to watch this video from Dick Morris about a group called America Elects.  They may inadvertently get Paul on the ballot as a third party candidate.

Last but not least – I’ve had this article about Ron Paul in my Inbox for several months.  Time to bring it out:  The American Spectator : Ron Paul and the Neoliberal Reeducation Campaign  “…the Paul campaign is not just a campaign for president. This is a campaign — a serious campaign — to re-educate the American people to an alternate universe of reality. A campaign that goes far beyond whatever will happen at the polls in 2012.”    Video from the article:

And if you read the article from American Spectator, you’ll see why the individuals listed below are detested by prominent Paul supporters/neoliberals (including Paul’s former Chief of Staff.)  After all, the people listed are conservatives.  Starting to get the picture?  Paul and his supporters are neoliberals!

  • Ronald Reagan
  • William F Buckley
  • Antonin Scalia
  • Sarah Palin
  • Sean Hannity
  • Edwin Meese
  • The Koch Brothers
  • Rush Limbaugh
  • Mark Levin

One former staffer is making news today speaking out against Paul, calling him “out of touch” and a 9/11 Truther:  Former Aide Claims Ron Paul is Anti-Israel, 9/11 Truther, Isolationist  Click HERE for the full statement from the staffer, Eric Dondero.  If you don’t want to read the whole thing, remember this part: “If Ron Paul should be slammed for anything, it’s not some silly remarks he’s made in the past in his Newsletters. It’s over his simply outrageously horrendous views on foreign policy, Israel, and national security for the United States. His near No vote on Afghanistan. That is the big scandal. And that is what should be given 100 times more attention from the liberal media, than this Newsletter deal.”  Amen. (Shaka to Lee.)

Time for Ron Paul and his acolytes to come clean.  Time for America to wake up to the truth about this incoherent, dangerous man.

Final Thought:  ““The thought that the Iranians could pose an imminent attack on the United States is preposterous. There’s no way.”  Ron Paul, October 9, 2007

Oh yeah….HAD to include this!  Whatever happened to Living Colour??  They rocked!!

GOD BLESS AMERICA – PASS THIS ON – REMEMBER IN 2012!!
