IS THERE ANY DOUBT WE NEED CITIZEN JOURNALISTS?? The news today about more conservatives with targets on their backs from this administration is chilling. James Rosen of Fox News and at least two others were targeted because they were doing their jobs? There is a coordinated effort on behalf of this administration to go after its “enemies” – people who don’t agree with them. And we need to look no further than Valerie Jarrett to figure out who’s pulling the strings. I have NO DOUBT that she is orchestrating ALL of this, along with the rest of the Chicago cabal of Axelrod and Plouff. But guess what, Valerie? Payback time hasn’t even started yet.

What will it take?
As you go through these and the headlines of other news you read daily, it is useful to remember if you are over 50 that the charges being levied against Barrack Obama are at least equal to those against Richard Nixon. Yes, some have not been proven with a ‘smoking gun.’ The IRS scandal, for instance. However, and repeating history again, Nixon did not actually get the IRS to cooperate with his attack on enemies. He resigned when it was shown he had attempted to do so. That so many groups and individuals have already come out and shown they were audited or prevented from organizing under 501(c)(4), it appears there was a massive (and successful) operation to suppress the vote.
And if bold faced lies about serious matters like the IRS scandal, Benghazi, Fast and Furious, or spying on reporters, are your forte, Barry has been caught dishing them out almost unchallenged. Eventually the weight of those lies, if not the rapidity of them, will be sufficient to begin calls for his removal. Joe Biden be damned. It is that serious.
Finally, the nation is now squarely in dangerous times. Despite the uncovering of rampant corruption and intimidation at the highest levels of government, leaders in both parties are trying to quickly pass legislation that could add up to 33 million currently illegal immigrants into an already over-taxed social welfare system that includes hospitals, schools, law enforcement, and food stamps, to name just a few. Stopping this juggernaut with insufficient protections to our border needs opposition similar to Obamacare, with a reminder to those representatives and senators that would vote for it that it will cost them their jobs. Obama’s corruption isn’t a distraction, but it makes focus on this potential sea change all the more important. It is very Alinsky-like to use multiple crises to take people’s attention away from things.

It was revealed today that the Today co-host – who earns $30 million a year for his role – will not be saving jobs at the morning show by offering to take slash his salary – despite Matt being one of the reasons the show is in trouble. A number of employees were handed their pink slips on Monday at the same time it was announced 500 employees, or 1.5 per cent of its work force, will be cut.”

The union rejected a proposed 8 percent wage cut, and the end result is a 100 percent wage cut for over 18,000 workers.” I’m sure this makes Michelle Obama very happy. Not sure how the rest of us will cope with the next 4 years, though.

Hump Day Report: Going For The Gold With A Left Jab

ALOHA, ALL!! The Olympics are in full swing. A time when athletes from around the world compete in numerous sports against the best competitors in existence. It’s a time to cheer for your home country and to put politics aside. What’s that you say? Politics? It turns out this year the powers-that-be who are in charge of the London games decided to take advantage of the huge audience watching the opening ceremonies. And they put in a plug for their wonderful, marvelous National Health Service. Frankly, it was bizarre: Americans Left Baffled By Tribute To NHS But thinking about it now, it was interesting how the kids all snug in their tidy little hospital beds were plagued with dreams of demons. And it took a private enterprising figure (Mary Poppins) to rescue them. Those demons are headed to our shores: ObamaCare’s 7 Tax Hikes On Under $250,000-A-Year Earners and 83% Of Doctors Have Considered Quitting Over Obamacare But I don’t think Mary Poppins can help us. We need Mitt Romney and we need GOP control of both Houses of Congress!

Empty Seats Have Organizers Scrambling, Giving Away Tickets ”Following the embarrassing images of unfilled seats, a resale system was introduced over the weekend whereby people leaving an event early can return tickets that can later be sold to people already in the Olympic Park. On Saturday, nearly 300 tickets for handball were recycled this way.” Hmmm….I don’t remember having this problem at the Salt Lake City games – that Romney ran – right after 9/11. Just sayin’.

ALOHA, ALL!! It seems every time Obama tries to pin something nasty on Romney, it comes back to bite him in the okole. Latest example: Barry’s incessant whining about how Romney’s businesses sent jobs overseas. This seems to be Obama’s latest campaign mantra. But guess what? OUR tax dollars – the money used for Obama’s stimulus fiasco – were sent overseas: Obama’s Stimulus Tax Dollars Used to Create Jobs Overseas WHOA…how can that be? ”It seems as though our current President, who is now posing as Mr. In-Sourcer-in-Chief, not only squandered nearly a trillion of our dollars on a failed stimulus, but also used our money to create jobs in foreign countries such as France, Italy, Russia, Mexico, and so on and on and on.” So just like the fake war on women, “Doggate,” “Bullygate,” (and who knows what else Team Obama will try to pin on Romney,) “Outsourcegate” is coming back to haunt Barry. So is the class warfare tactic. People who throw stones shouldn’t live in glass houses. People who have no integrity shouldn’t live in White Houses.

Obama had the nerve to chastise the Supreme Court while they deliberate the fate of Obamacare. Not only was this an over-reaching and inappropriate move by Obama, it gave insight into what 4 more years of his reign would entail. More intimidation of those who dare to challenge him. More blatant disregard of the Constitution. More lies and Chicago thug tactics. Had enough yet?

ALOHA, ALL!! In the last HDR, you read how the left used MLK day to spew racism against whites. But it looks like they used the day in other ways, namely to break voter registration laws and to blatantly promote the leftist political agenda in church. Valerie Jarrett spoke at Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta and basically gave a campaign speech for Barry/Barack: This administration thinks rules don’t apply to them! They also held a voter registration drive immediately following Jarrett’s speech in direct violation of this:
Voter education or registration activities with evidence of bias that (a) would favor one candidate over another; (b) oppose a candidate in some manner; or (c) have the effect of favoring a candidate or group of candidates, will constitute prohibited participation or intervention.
