Hump Day Report: Speak Out – No Fear!
ALOHA, ALL!! When you’re in a group of people, do you talk about Obama’s miserable record? I know – the response might be eye-rolling, push-back or worse. So what? I most often hear “no politics!” These are usually Obama supporters who don’t want to admit what a horrible job he’s doing. Try saying, “I know – it’s really depressing what’s happened to our country in the past 4 years – let’s eat!” and leave it at that. If it prompts more discussion, you’re in. If not, you’ve gotten your message across anyhow. Remember, though, that between now and November 6 we need to speak up. I’ve given you tons of resources to use…facts that Obamabots will be hard pressed to deny (they’ll try anyhow and start personal attacks or get all emotional. They always do.) If you’re reticent to speak up, here are a couple of stories that will inspire you:
No Fear! Awesome: Caterer For Obama Event Wears Romney Shirt “No one from the government was there when we were sweating it, when we were building this business,” Murty said. Before him was a bank of chafing dishes filled with smoked beef brisket, pulled pork, vegetable parmesan bake and cheesy hash brown casserole provided to the White House press corps covering the president’s three-day swing across Iowa this week.”
No Fear! Virginia Bakery Refuses To Serve Biden ”The owner of Crumb and Get It in Roanoke says he doesn’t agree with the Obama administration’s policies.” And what does this say? Secret Service Bought Cupcakes To Thank Baker For Turning Down Biden
No Fear! Former Obama voters are speaking out:
No Fear! Ryan in Ohio Mocks Joe Biden ”Rep. Paul Ryan (R-Wis.), GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney’s running mate, mocked Vice President Joe Biden Thursday while campaigning in Ohio, by saying “as Joe Biden might say, it’s great to be here in Nevada.”
No Fear! GOP Convention To Feature Former Obama Co-Chair Artur Davis ”Former congressman Artur Davis from Alabama, who officially seconded President Obama’s nomination at the 2008 Democratic convention, said on Wednesday that he will cap off a remarkable political metamorphosis by addressing the Republican convention this year — calling for Obama’s defeat.” Here’s Davis reacting to Slow Joe Biden’s “chains” comment:
No Fear! Arizona Makes Another Stand For Rule Of Law On Immigration ”On Thursday, Governor Jan Brewer enraged the White House, the ACLU and open-borders activists by issuing Executive Order 2012-06, stating that her state reaffirmed the intent of Arizona law on state benefits — from driver’s licenses to in-state college tuition — to illegals, which is a big fat “no” to all of the above.”
In Other News:
Gunman Opens Fire At Conservative Family Research Council Building ”The shooting happened in Washington, D.C., which is the center of the political media universe. There is more evidence in this case that the shooter had political motivations than in other recent cases (Gabby Giffords, Aurora, to name a few) in which the mainstream media jumped to conclusions about the shooter’s motives, falsely implicating conservatives and the Tea Party.” You think Andrea Mitchell will report that he’s a LGBT activist? Virginia Man Charged In Shooting at Family Research Council
Obama/Biden gaffe machine keeps rolling. Biden Forgets What Century He’s Living In
Is Joe history? Exchanging Biden’s Gaffes For Hillary’s Incompetence ”Those who think replacing Biden with Clinton would be trading a buffoon for a hyper-competent global leader are fooling themselves. Rarely in our history have we faced so many challenges abroad with so little success — or so little respect.” Of course, Barry denies all claims that he’s throwing Joe under the bus: White House Says Obama Will Stick With Biden But then there’s this (Shaka to Carl): Biden Sent Home To Delaware To Start Weekend Early (BTW, hubby thinks Sarah Palin & John McCain saying that Biden needs to be replaced is brilliant strategy – if he’s replaced now, it will look like Obama is taking advice from them!!) What say you?
Ryan has energized the ticket. Wisconsin: Romney 48%, Obama 47% And: After Picking Ryan, Romney Leads In Ohio, Virginia And: Romney/Ryan Making Huge Gains Among Young Voters ”For the first time since he began running for president, Republican Mitt Romney has the support of over 40 percent of America’s youth vote…”
Final Thought: “The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men should do nothing.” Edmund Burke
GOD BLESS AMERICA – PASS THIS ON – REMEMBER IN NOVEMBER – 80 DAYS AND COUNTING!!
- Doug Wilder criticizes Biden, ‘chains’ comment (wtvr.com) Wilder was the first black governor in the country (Virginia). Listen to his perspective. But he still supports Obama.
